SERIES SUMMARY
Katarina Claes is the protagonist of the "Hamefura" series, short for "Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta...". The English translation is "My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!".At a young age, Katarina hits her head and remembers her past life as a Japanese schoolgirl nicknamed "Nozaru". To her surprise, she has reincarnated as the main villainess of the otome game, "Fortune Lover", who is doomed to either die or be exiled. Katarina has only until the end of her first year at the Magic Academy of Sorcier to avoid her doom.As a result, Katarina prepares as much as she can to avoid these "doom flags": however, she's incredibly unorthodox. She partakes in ignoble activities like making a farm (to "commune with the earth" and prepare for exile), as well as climbing trees, smashing doors, and other hijinks. As a whole, Katarina acts like an immature modern teenager in an antique society of nobles, and commits a social faux-pas every other moment.Katarina's postmodern ways, her familiarity with certain people, and her compassion earn her the friendship and romantic interest of many people integral to the "Fortune Lover" story. Oblivious to their attraction and goodwill, Katarina makes plans as though they will still attempt to murder her, and vows to survive her time at the Magic Academy.In the end of the first season, Katarina nearly dies at the hands of someone unexpected, going into a coma where she relives her old life. She recovers through her own personal revelation, saves the day, and later in the series, graduates happily with her friends.Known as the "Saint" of the Academy, Katarina's kindness and unrivaled compassion become famous among the nobility.

Canon PowersCharisma — Katarina's greatest strength is her ability to touch hearts and minds. She has the ability to say exactly the right thing at the right time unknowingly, as well as the boundless energy to maintain meaningful relationships. To this end, Katarina has deescalated several dangerous situations successfully through diplomacy and on-the-spot therapy. Additionally, Katarina's friendships allow her an arsenal of resources, including political, financial, military, and cultural power, making her a nexus of influence wherever she goes.Earth Magic — Katarina inherently has the ability to manipulate earth. However, this form of her magic is weak, and she can't move more than a square foot of earth at most.Dark Magic — In later sections of Hamefura after her graduation, Katarina gains the ability to use dark magic. She mostly uses this to access her familiar and pet, "Pochi", who looks like a cute black puppy, but can transform into a gigantic demonic wolf. Katarina can also use other forms of dark magic, such as memory manipulation, eternal sleep, or augmentation.Superhuman Strength — Although not specifically stated, Katarina shows feats of superhuman physicality throughout the series. From her ability to climb nearly any surface, to her ability to break down doors even as a child, Katarina has latent physical strength at her disposal. Her constant physical activities only add to her raw muscle.Multiversal PowersDuelist — As of her entrance into the multiverse, Katarina has grown in her talents and abilities. One of which is her newfound ability to harness the power of Duel Monsters: a card game tied into deep and ancient magic. Katarina can summon monsters and magic into reality — so long as she draws what she needs.Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder — As an extention of the above ability, Katarina is able to summon a mobile suit-esque mech that she can pilot and fight with. It has full flight capabilities, as well as an arsenal of weapons such as a beam sword and lightning magic. This is Katarina's preferred go-to for combat scenarios, being the most controllable and most powerful weapon at her disposal. It's basically her way to keep up with the rest of the Isekai population, so to speak.Katarina Requiem — In an attempt to gain the power to help her friends, Katarina used a legendary magic item to upgrade her Dark Magic. With this, Katarina shrouds herself in a protective darkness and causes everyone in the area to fall into a magical slumber, at the cost of her mobility and concentration. In addition, she is at risk of falling prey to her own ability and being trapped in her darkness forever, hence why this is only saved for very powerful enemies.!!! — A deep power is stirring within...

— Katarina is 5'8", based roughly on her official FuRyu figure and its scaling.— Regarding her harem: Katarina's not stupid, she's just in denial. It's incredibly unlikely for all of her friends to be attracted to her, including all the women, both crown princes, and her stepbrother. Therefore, she doesn't consider it likely that any of them like her, and she just thinks they're all a similar brand of incredibly-friendly.— On the topic of Keith: I, the writer, do not condone romantic relationships between step-siblings, and as a reflection of this, Katarina will find his advances just plain weird. Sorry, Keith.— Regarding erotic topics: Katarina isn't the sweet innocent cinnamon roll everyone thinks she is. After all, she was an otome game fanatic and an otaku teenager in her past life. She's not overtly sexual, but happily approaches the topic with gusto and sly humor.
